Service description
Kitchen Renovations Adelaide is a lead-generation and referral service operated by Loudachris Digital Marketing. We connect Adelaide homeowners with independent kitchen renovators in our network. We do not perform kitchen renovation work ourselves. We do not enter into renovation contracts with you.
Renovator independence
Each renovator in our network is an independent business, separately licensed (where required under the SA Building Work Contractors Act 1995) and separately insured. The renovator you sign with is solely responsible for the work, pricing, scheduling, warranty, and customer service. We are not a party to that contract.
Vetting limits
We verify each network renovator against the SA Consumer and Business Services public licence register, sight current public liability insurance, sight Home Indemnity Insurance for jobs over $12,000 inc GST, and check trading history. We re-verify these every 12 months. This vetting reduces risk but does not eliminate it. We do not warrant the quality of work performed by network renovators.
Use of the site
By using this site you agree to use it for personal, non-commercial purposes only. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or sell content from this site without our written permission. Scraping the site for any purpose including AI model training is prohibited.
Information accuracy
We publish cost guides, service descriptions, and suburb information in good faith. Pricing ranges are estimates based on competitor cost guides, network quotes, and industry surveys current at the time of writing. Actual quotes from network renovators may differ. Information about SA regulations is published in good faith but is not legal advice - consult a licensed professional for your specific situation.
Liability limit
To the maximum extent permitted by Australian law, Kitchen Renovations Adelaide and Loudachris Digital Marketing exclude liability for any indirect, consequential, or special losses arising from your use of this site or from work performed by network renovators. Your sole remedy for any work-related issue is with the contracted renovator, not with us. Nothing in these terms excludes rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of South Australia. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the South Australian courts.
